last week i received an offer from my holding/contact page for

hs*****.co.uk

we agreed a price after several emails (100)

she has paid and transfer request has been sent - she's confused about the transfer and is trying to send the nominet password reminder to, as far as i can see, an invalid mailbox (a .com that she doesnt even own)

she has sent me a copy of the email she has sent helen at nominet and it mentions a different domain to what she bought from me.. hr*****.co.uk

its her mistake, from the 1st contact she asked me if hs*****.co.uk was for sale and every correspondence from me referrers to the hs*****.co.uk, hr*****.co.uk has never been mentioned.

so, what to do now? would u offer a refund?

Hi - i have instructed Nominet to transfer the domain name HS******.CO.UK to the email address **@yahoo.com

You've completed your part of the transaction, I'd leave the buyer & Nominet to sort it out, for £100 it's not worth your time

Technically if you don't own the domain in which she ask to purchase ( the typo ) then you never had her intended product in the first place which even though not your mistake you have basically sold her something which you don't have.

I think there has been an error on both parts and it would be of good order for you to give her a refund and say goodbye

all sorted now :)

she wanted the domain she brought from me, no idea what was going on in her head regards the other domain and her so called email domain..
