Can you see what I wrote? "n0m1netuk 2"?

I was a bit worried 2 mins ago - about 3 people in the room... all looks ok now... give us a wave someone :D

No, can't see that. So there's no way to share info with all watchers then. Bother.

Someone in the room needs to slow-handclap the Nominet people off the stage so that the conf can get to the meat of the issue before time runs out!

Well I wouldn't call it wholly professional... did someone check those mics beforehand?

I have asked two questions via the Q&A :

With the research results showing 60% of those surveyed would like a more secure internet/domain name space - how many total responses to the survey were actually sent out / received? And who were they (companies, individuals, government departments?)

Then just now - an add on :

Can we see a copy of the market research that went out to the 450 businesses... ?

The way I hear it is that the survey revealed that participants wanted a secure domain product. That doesn't mean then to open up the second level. The market research has no bearing.

As a secondary issue, Nominet's proposal doesn't provide the security they claim it will - but it WILL increase phishing, customer confusion and misdirected emails. So their survey is irrelevant.

are you there Edwin? if not someone needs to make that point on the webinar chat
