When you say company do you mean ltd company or any business for example a self employed individual, sorry if that sounds dumb.
Most domainers would be self employed on a part time basis therefore they are trading yet not technically a company, if I was Nom I would be asking why a non trading individual has 100, 200, 300 domain names in their account unless they were investing in which case you get into the area of capital gains
