Unknown Traffic To My New Domain

I recently bought:

ictcar.com

I have had it less than two weeks and got nearly a hundred direct type ins

There is no web site..and I was wondering what is going on...I have googled it and nothing really stands out as the cause of the interest....anyone any ideas what is going on and how I can cash in???
