I heard a whisper from a very large bank BILLIONS in turn over, that clients are asking about 'better' bank account numbers that are easier to remember.
These are TOTALLY made up examples (honestly).
1, They want the 8 number account number to match their 0870 number or some other number.
2, They want their account number spell out their business name.
3, They want their account number to be 4 set of double numbers.
Now whats scary is the bank is ACTUALLY considering opening a new sort-code to cater for these clients... for a price... if they have a big enough turn over.
Would you want your sort code and account number to be like
01-02-03 36624637
-1--2--3 DOMAINER
