Wanted: Service Vbulletin and Addons Management

Wanting someone to manage and admin a vbulletin forum and add Vbulletin addons so i can include photo galleries and news feeds.

I can do the basic vbulletin accounts/users admin myself but when it comes to updates and moving files and changing code etc i dont have the knowledge.

I could pay to have it setup on a host ie have someone do the work for me but it be a new account in my name.

The forum already exists but is very small and ive currently taken it offline.

Would prefer that if someone is able to help me they can do a little graphic design/logo work for me in the future.
