if there going to get like that and you can hold out for the cash dont bother - plenty of other number plate companies out there.

overture results = 1960 "number plate vehicle"

so you can tell them - nearly there were nearly 2000 searches last month for this term not including google. easily worth a £1k to them

going to get shot down now by the bigger players here - who will tell me thats all bollocks!

Ask them how they expect a domain registered less than a week ago to be on the front page of google.

Point out that people are bidding on those keywords - and the people bidding are their competitors.

As charlie said stick it out - if they are being stupid over it there will be several others who it will appeal to.

Don't fall into the trap of thinking its worth more than it is and end up not selling! I'd say £250 is a good price for names that aren't particularly striking.
