I don't really find it that strange because for most people driving is the most dangerous activity they participate in, so if you're going to have an accident after narrowly avoiding a previous one, it's most likely to be a driving one.

There was a plane crash in France around 10 years ago, 20 or so killed out of 150 on board.

Anyway some of them were on their way back to the UK and naturally didn't want to fly, unfortunately the train crashed and killed a few people. Although I don't think any of the plane survivors were killed.

Bumping people off to cover up ;) who knows ???

Could be she was so caught up in her brain about what could have happened that she wasn't concentrating on her driving.

Like they say those who are supersticious are more likely to have an accident because if they for eg, break a mirror then they panick so much that they don't concentrate on what they are doing.
