Trying to shift me own stuff but it's nice for a corporate entertainment / package company, very nice. Maybe once I bought the house, the car and several holidays I may dip into buy next year.

It's a discussion, I know domainers are all children, I'm one too as we hardly work and we play most of the time but there's value in that domain but like most of them takes right end user and domainer aint always willing to wait. Completely agree, vip.co.uk is 5-10x vips.co.uk. Imo ...
cluless end user = high 4 figures
clued up end user = low 4 figures
potential sale on this board = £1000
Don't usually throw valuations in the air, as they are of course subjective and rather meaningless. Just basing on my experience and simply offering an opinion here.
