It would be ideal as a landing page with a ppc backed spend. You could use the page to introduce your own branded services with a powered by link to your branded portfolio site.

Value of the domain is negligible as it has such a small catchment. The real value in such domains are in being innovative in their use.

I sold one not long ago in the same format but a city near me. Registered it in 2015 and sold it for about £500. Someone approached me for it.

This location has a population of around 45,000, Barnet looks to have a population of around 380,000.
