Hi, I would like some quotes for a programming project I have. I want to develop my ipetition.co.uk domain to host people's petitions.

Users need to be able to create and/or sign petitions. The process will be similar to that on the 10 Downing Street petition site. It needs to be secure as it will hold people's personal data.
