Wanted: Service webdesigner wanted for Online shop website

I;m looking for somebody who can build a site for my sisters childrens clothing business.
Website must be very easy to update as my Sister is not exactly tech savvy.

Would ideally use Paypal as payment method on the website.

probably looking at a wordpress or Joomla site i imagine though i'm open to all ideas.

Main thing is that its easy for my sister to update the stock, add descriptions and images very easy.

For the look of the site then she wants nothing fancy, keeping on lines of her current site : Your Little Angels, Peterhead
