Dave Evanson at Sedo just announced on his Twitter account that Sedo have sold WebHosting.co.uk for $500,000

From memory (and having read posts in threads about the sale), Cruises.co.uk had a website ranking #1 for 'cruises' at the time it was sold. It could of course be that the buyer wasn't interested in this and would have paid the same price without it, which is in my opinion very unlikely but still possible.

I don't recall seeing any publicly reported .co.uk domain-only sales for a higher amount than this.

Ah yes, my mistake not remembering that!

Not that it's a definitive or official guide to public sales, but is anyone (perhaps just Admin) aware of a reason why the reported sale of Money.co.uk was never listed on DomainPrices.co.uk?

Considering the sale of was for a relatively large amount, I would have expected it to be there and from memory it wasn't. DomainPrices.co.uk seems to have disappeared at the moment so I can't check.
