webplus x2 and plesk ?

does anyone here use webplus x2 and plesk?
im sure im not this thick!! but i just cant upload my site!!
i keep getting the 550 error and i just have not got a clue where/what/when/how i fix this problem.

Have you tried uploading the files using a normal ftp client? I'm guessing youre trying to upload it from that x2 software? If you want to pm me your ftp login mate I'll have a look.

You use Plesk to set up your domain, including configuring DNS, and an ftp user account. If the domain isn't configured properly, it won't be visible to Webplus x2. Your 550 error is a permission problem. PM me if you'd like me to help you fix it on your system.
