Wanted: Website Review Website Review- suggestions for improvement

Hi guys,

Would really appreciate some suggestions for improvement for the site http://FoldingShoes.org.uk.

Been getting a fair amount of traffic since the site hit page 1 of G a couple of months back, but so far had no conversions. I know it's not the best looking site in the world, but what suggestions would you make for improvement?

Consider changing "More Info" for "Buy Now" a much better call to action imho.

Shop by retailer I would open in a new window in case the visitor closes it and loses your site.

Make the prices larger

The hepburn pumps throw a 404

Is it your main keyword you're ranking for? Are you using Google Analytics (or similar) to track what the users are doing? Maybe try signing up for mouseflow to watch how the users are interacting with your site.

Not heard of mouseflow, just checked it out and looks really interesting!
