Obviously we don't know how much you originally paid to calculate the GBP value of the 87.5% profit you are claiming. If we call it 90% profit for ease of calculation and you paid £3,000 then that's £2,700 profit. Drop one or two zeros from the £3,000 and you'll understand where I'm going.

I was slightly surprised you didn't make another "stop press" news announcement like you did when you acquired the domain name

I've said it a lot already, I think things are down to the buyers discretion

Why would I want to put people off buying domains from me by announcing what's been sold @ what price? I know for a fact a lot of buyers don't like that

Also when I posted that sales thread (woops meant announcement) I had already won, I knew I was going to make a good profit on it, so no point patting myself on the back twice.

Selling to someone operating in the reseller market, as AB is, could be construed by some as you having lost the real belief and just making a lucky escape.

Lets be honest, you like to look for the negative to try and plant seeds of doubts in peoples minds

I've already said

My original investment was on mind and did play a role, maybe if I had caught it for £6 I would of been happier to sit and wait for years for a larger sum

I'm not particularly well off, I don't pretend to be, it was a fair chunk of money for me to tie up.

Maybe if I held on to it for the next few years I might have got double or more eventually who knows, but hopefully I will use the money to make bigger gains in the meantime.
