But what actually makes a good backlink.
Ive seen some links will be displayed like this
<a href="www.page-name.com">this is a little about my page</a> - and here is some more
and others will have
<a href="www.page-name.com">www.page-name.com</a> - and here is some info on my page.
Ive been using the lather.
The reason I ask is because I have a webpage that people have linked to, Ive also exchanged links etc but alexa still says zero for backlinks.
So is there a difference between backlinks and links?
Also is it better to be consistent with your link?
Should it be what your meta description is for better results?
