What to do with a product feed

Im looking for a website that will tell me in simple terms how to implement a product feed (in this case from Affiliate Window) - to display on my site.

Im handy enough with creating a website but when it comes to displaying products, im having to copy and paste a table and change all the data by hand

If I can pop a feed on there, then the world is my Oyster.

Any suggestions of where to look?

Are you using wordpress or other cms or building from scratch ?

It depends on the feed, generally, you would have a module (plug-in or other similar name) that pulls data strips out the desired portions and creates a web page or database elements that can be displayed on your site.

Do you have a CMS? If so, there's probably a module off the shelf that will pull your data feed and do the heavy lifting for you.

If not, then it is a case of pulling the feed, walking the data sets and doing what you want to the results in your site.

After I posted that I stumbled across Shopper Press, which appears to be able to import a csv file from Affiliate Window (although posters here on Acorn seem to report it being a little fiddly)

Can you recommend using this, or perhaps a plugin for Wordpress that will do a similar job? I could also use Joomla but I have always found that SEO suffers with Joomla.

Depending on your exact needs there a number of options

I'm using pricetapestry at the moment to manage awin feeds on a number of sites
its not cheapest but support from the developer is fantastic if your only doing one site and feed then maybe its overkill.

I've also used datafeedr in the past its a decent script but I didn't like the monthly subscription pricing

digitalquill is another option developed by a guy who used to come on here not sure if its still supported now and haven't used it.
