What wordpress theme would you use for a Joinery website

Hi all, I'm putting together a wordpress website site for a friend as a favour. I'm sure other members here would have put simile websites together for friends. do you have a favourite theme you use?

The sites I run are on WordPress and I usually take a basic theme and just customise it.

If you're handy with photoshop /html you can have something looking amazing simple by uploading a background and editing a bit of css.
