Wanted: Domain Appraisal What's my domain worth?

Hi,
I have a couple of sports related domains I'm reluctantly looking to sell...but first I need your help to see what they're worth.
The domain is sportin2012 and I have both .com and .co.uk extensions, with so many major sporting events happening this year, there seems to be good potential for these.
Any pointers on value greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately they are unlikely to be worth anything.

If you were very fortunate you might be able to sell them to another developer for a modest amount.

This issue is that a given developer could easily reg a slight variation of your name and still build a site about sport in 2012.

You're right though, it should be a good sport year, but any value will be through site development and I don't see a significant domain sale.

Undeveloped I would say no inherent value.
A good pointer is that the domains with 2011 2013 2014 are all available to register.

Thanks for the input all. Websaway 2012 is different though in that there are several high profile global sporting events, more so than the other years.
Guess I'll see if I can get someone to develop my original idea at least make a few quid!

Such names are time sensitive.
Max. shelf life is 1 year. Develop and squeeze them quick.
