I was up early watching the telly and there was a story on new solar panels, they have a clever name beginning with Photo?????? but I didn't quite catch it, essentially they are clear/transparent solar panels that stick on the window. I would imagine these will become quite popular

I would have said no as it is a style of furniture something like a distressed look I believe however it was registered as a trademark in 1998 under 4 classes but I don't know which ones ?

Maybe someone regged it as a trademark for a womans fashion shop which means you could safely use it for a furniture site.
