Hi, GingerApple here, your loveable newb who keeps asking all those really newby questions, but you love to answer him because you like his dry sense of humour!

Made me chuckle out loud too, you can definitely stay with a dry sense of homour like that - cool.

My latest question regards selling domains on this forum - which payment system should I use to accept my payment? I've read through all the related posts in this newbie section and read one where it said that it's basically up to you to decide so I thought, PayPal will be fine, doesn't matter about that 4%... But then the last post I read said don't use PayPal! So I'm really confused now!

Any help at all would be gratefully appreciated :) Will

Whatever you want really :)

Generally I do:
- Paypal as long as its not really over a few hundred.
- BACS / Cheque for anything , ideally when more as well.
- CHAPS / cash over counter when time sensitive.

I believe some people do add the 4% surcharge for paypal, but I personally do not.

Cheers,
Rob.

And don't forget to use an Escrow service if you are dealing in large sums of money and don't know the buyer... :)

Rich

If you are making greater than GBP1000 use direct bank deposit which is called SWIFT in EU or something BACS I believe in UK. Do not use Paypal for greater amounts since there is always chargeback problem if the buyer is an asshole and creates a problem, meaning Paypal can make a chargeback to your CC.
