Who do you use to reg .com?

GoDaddy.com - Their prices are competitive, their staff have been helpful and professional when I have had to phone them once or twice, and their interface works well. Their site is a bit "busy" and sometimes not that clear, but it's fine once you get used to it.

Rgds

I used Dynadot for everything before I started using 123-reg for my .co.uk's, Dynadot have great support, always get a reply either by email or their support centre, and they sort stuff out quickly if there is a problem, I also like their domain control panel.

I've always used namecheap.com to reg all my non UK names. Their prices used to be cheap, and haven't really gone up that much in last few years. The one bad thing about namecheap is their forum.....say anything; even the least bit honest (I mean honest about poor service or anything that criticises their service, and it it gets swiftly deleted by their mods)

They love having smoke blown up their arses, but hate critical comments about how they are failing in service delivery or support.

Other than that their OK

I've been using GoDaddy - but their website drives me nuts! It's just soooo busy and complicated to do anything!

I can't seem to get on to Namecheap - not sure why - keeps timing out - so not a good start there! Actually, just got on at about 10th attempt.

Fabulous looks great - very simple and good prices - but they seem to want me to transfer 750 domains in or be making $750 per month, or they're not interested. Shame.

Dynadot looks OK - I'll have a closer look.

Has anyone tried Moniker?

Decided to give Dynadot a go...

So far, so good. Easy sign up. Easy purchase. Not thousands of pages of things I don't want (GoDaddy) and easy to see price options / features etc.

Thanks Systreg. :t (and everyone else, of course!)

I use GoDaddy (because I have some great discount codes for up to 30% off - PM me for them), and I also namecheap, particularly for the free privacy. Very happy with both.

I have a bunch of older domains still hanging around on 123-reg, don't like them much, nothing in particular, just meh.

@suzi: you can bypass all the irritating godaddy selling pages now using their "express buy" button on the home page. Takes you straight to the final checkout.

RegMe.com

I use RegMe.com

Nice and simple to use, not surrounded by Ads, plus displays alternative domains when searching etc - Perfect
