Who Has Created a Google Plus Page for their Website or Business?

Many of us have Facebook pages for our websites or businesses, but who has created a Google Plus page for them too? Is it easy and has it been worthwhile?

It's very easy to set up but I need to come up with a way to automate some of the updates.

Is it worth it? I really like Google+ it works really well but there just aren't enough people using it regularly to justify spending too much time on it. It could be a twitter and facebook killer but I think it's becoming more like a flickr killer.

You can't automate updates yet as far as I know, the API hasn't been (widely) released.

It's more useful for customised search results and brand results than anything else at the moment.
