Hey everyone, just wondering what whois apps you use? I used to have ajaxwhois.com on speed dial but it has since gone belly up. Have been searching for a similar simple version, any ideas? Cheers

Cheers for the replies guys, still searching for a simple all-in-one like that ajaxwhois (with search-as-you-type feature) one though... Thought the second one you noted, Jayne, looked promising but it's a bit unintuitive:)

I have always used domaintools.com for tld's, ip's etc
And obviously nom for uk names.

For bulk uk whois queries you can use mine:

www.ukwhois.co.uk

Cool, I use that, this and godaddy for .com's makes it so easy.

Recently checked some hotel domains and the way you show the information made me laugh, as lots of recently registered ones were members on here.

That bloomin domainscout app seems to have someone register any you check and dont register, my fault for waiting I guess.

@ Mwt, I think that that's prob the closest one to Ajax that I've got- Thanks!
@ Edwin, I downloaded the trial a while ago but never got round to checking it out properly... I read a few negative reviews at one stage... Anyone else use watch my domains pro? is it worth the 30 quid?
cheers
