Why are there no female managers in men's football?

I think women participating in F1 or any other male-dominated sport is unlikely as men are stronger and have better reactions etc than women. Management is different though - it doesn't require any physical prowess.

I don't follow horse racing, but even I've heard of Frankie Dettori, Lester Piggott, Pat Eddery, Tony McCoy, Willie Carson etc...

Agreed there's not that many household names. Tends to be the nags that are more popular.
