Would you register .Wales and .Cymru domain names ?

The first one GoDaddy got first for me! lol. Some others I had at godaddy just after midday I then hand regged at 1and1 at 6pm.

Not 100% that it's gone through as of yet so wont say what for now

I paid for domains.wales with 1 and 1 on the daft advice in this thread grrrrr, now Sean has got it hours afterwards lol

It's been crazy all day. 1and1 were good up to about 7pm lmao.

Since then 123-reg have been instant. I just got webhosting.wales and glasses.wales.

Edit: WTF. I checked domains.wales at like midday, it wasn't showing as available anywhere. SF how did you get it? (And then I checked 1pm, 2pm etc kept retrying to reg it).

lol I booked that with them about 7pm and with GoDaddy about 6:30pm, about 10 mins ago I thought f*** this and went to 123-reg and they were both instant. lol.

I mean after all their decision of launching .wales and .cymru on a Sunday with no support over the phone available and whereby registrars are clearly having registry connectivity issues, just brilliant from Nominet.
