I'm looking for aged (12 months minimum), non-dropped, domains with good backlink profiles.

I'm particularly interested in domains in fashion, finance, health or tech niches but would consider absolutely anything.

I'm buying for the pagerank/backlinks - if you have a domain that you are pricing based on a short domain name or because its a one word dictionary term or something I'll save you wasting your time or mine - I'm not interested in paying a premium because of the domain name itself. I'm only interested in backlinks and pagerank.

Not sure what sellers here would value these type of domains at. I know what they're worth to me so if we can come to some agreement maybe we can do some business.

I doubt anyone will have any pr6+ domains for sale so at a rough estimate I'd be willing to go £150 max for pr4 and £300 for pr5. Hard to say without seeing the domains first though! Most of the pr5's I've bought this month have been under $200.

Thanks

Whats the point?

Google wipes the backlinks & PR when a domain changes hands.

You are absolutely wrong with that statement. I've bought hundreds of domains with pagerank and I can't recall a single one dropping PR because of a change of ownership.

Not 100% sure, you might find that it wipes them out on catches purely becuase it's been suspended and not showing anything for 60 days.

I haven't had one of mine fall through either mate.

I think it has a chance of being killed if the domain actually drops - I check them with whois.domaintools.com/domainname.com and if the date there has not been reset then its all good. I'm not guessing or making this up, I'm talking from experience.

I must have easily bought 150+ high pagerank domains this way and I have not had a single one drop in PR because of a change in ownership. I had a bunch drop from pr5 to pr4 on this update, but purely they had lost a few links since I bought them - thats just normal and nothing to do with me buying them.
