This is a PR6 homepage website with many internal pages with PR4.

The domain is 11 years 1 month old.

The website is built in wordpress so is easy to add pages / blog posts etc etc.

The website will include the domain & the design naturally.

In its hayday (about 3 years ago) the website ranked for:

remortgage/s
secured loan/s
homeowner loan/s
quick loan/s
fast loan/s
critical illness insurance
and many other top keywords.

I have a report of some of the keywords that it ranks for now (pulled from SEMRUSH) so there will be others that have not been picked up but gives you a good idea. pm me if you want this.

This will be a fantastic project for someone to pick up where I have neglected the site for a few years now due to other commitments. Or it can be used to sell links from (should easily get a good income from that alone).

Assume no income as I have not tried to monitise the site for a few years, but in its hayday it was making a few thousand a month from an affiliate form that i had when selling leads through www.leadbay.co.uk before they closed down.

There are many affiliate programs for these types of leads.
