Huge project to have online booking for all different B&B's.
I would start off simple using the domain like this Leeds.BandBs.co.uk and so on doing one town getting it spot on then cloning it for others at a steady rate.

Maybe start with a local town to yourself and do Welsh towns first. You have local knowledge of the towns then
