No....Adding letters, words numbers etc even to recognized or correctly spelt are rarely going to sell…. if you must do it choose a item product, service etc that’s in demand even then there unlikely to get a buyer , Think about end user why would they want it…They might as well reg tatooo etc just as bad though…

I agree, always try to imagine yourself in the buyers position, a buyer is always going to look at alternatives, the value is determined partly by how many alternatives there are.

Understood about the extra letters detracting from the value, however 2k people search "tattoo supplies uk" each month in the UK? (i.e uniques).

Take g with a big pinch when you go long tail (even not) figure‘s are often rubbish…
A little research when registering names saves alot of wasted regs (number licensed in the UK, British Tattoo Artists Federation etc…)

Looking at the amount of companies on google i can see you getting £200-400 for it. Email a bunch of the companies. Include the price in the first email and don't get greedy or you will get no feedback.

Out of interest ..if the .org.uk and the .co.uk of Tattoo Supplies has gone..surely the next best thing for a UK based company would be something like….Tattoo Supplies UK.

Or am I missing something and if I am a Tattoo Supplies Company and the two main names have gone what would be the next best thing.

I own huge amount of tattoo and body mod related domains incl TattooParlour, TattooArtists, TattooConventions and TattooAcademy, I had 3-4 other of similar quality and they sold for low xxx, it was seriously hard work convincing people to buy them.

Most of the people who sell tattoo supplies are established companies who sell under their brand, and an upstart would have a hard slog breaking in.
