I'd appreciate your views on what you think this might be worth. I also have it with the hyphen water-company.co.uk
Could be used by one of the big water suppliers or a company selling bottled water.
Also what is the best way of contacting the big water companies and convincing them that they need this domain? Is an auction the best way and if so, who with?
