Hi all,

I have a site that I'm considering selling. I've built traffic up to approx. 16,000 uniques per month.

The domain is a great one, four letters long, dictionary word, brandable and keyword-relevant. The domain alone i'd suggest to be worth between £5k - £10k.

I'm looking for guidance on the worth of a site like this with that level of traffic. All traffic is highly relevant to the page content, so people arrive and get what they expected to see.

I don't wish to list the domain name itself at this point, but the site's subject matter is on train tickets and journeys, currently earning commission from thetrainline.

Nobody will be able to give you a valuation based on the only variables you have posted.

If it gets 16k uv and makes £5k a month, then it is going to be worth much more than 16k uv and making £500 a month.

Maybe adding the earnings will help people to value it more accurately.
