This is how yahoo answers a simple billing question from MY account page.

"We will be happy to assist you with your inquiry about your account. In
order to review your account, please reply with the following
information:

* Yahoo ID
* Domain name
* Date of Birth
* Any one of the following: [Zip Code, Alt Email Address, Street
Address, or Phone Number]"

What next........a DNA sample??

try IF online banking if you dont remember your 10 digit customer number, you passcode, your secret answer and something about your family you have to spend about 3 hours talking to india to sort and new passcode that takes about a week to get here and then get charged becuase you went overdrawn waiting for the new code!

At your peril, those gits almost cleaned my out a few years back, mistake after mistake after mistake, which incidently they're still blaming me for.

For an every day request Network Solutions asked for:

Faxed copy of passport, Account Number, Domain Name, Customer Name, Customer Mailing Address, Customer E-mail, Customer Phone Number and User Password.

They also called me at home and sent an email I had to answer within 24hrs.

I asked them if they wanted fingerprints and a retina scan, they didn't find it amusing
