Yes it got cancelled - they are discussing selling the whole business. I think it was a bit of a sham as the council were always going to buy it but they had to be seen to make it public
Stupid. Council should buy it in the circumstances where private tourist companies like this go under.
The reason it has gone bust is because the council withdrew funding as they feel it is cheaper to do it 'in-house' coupled with Tourism getting spanked since Covid.
