I would say none unless it was a blatent TM like Jack Daniels, Paul Mitchell etc...

If somebody shares the same name as me and has registered the name before me, if I traded under my own name, I wouldn't think for one minute I would have any right to it imho.

I will be yep not sure a late entrants ever won it though. hope she gets to stay in a while she was really gutted when she missed out on the opening night

It in relation to the fact that some media company owns her name. Looks like they picked it up back when she was on pop idol.

I wish I was talented at that, no I was going go on dressed as Susan Boyle and do a rendition of her famous audition :lol:

ATM I am humming and arring about more auditions, either go to none or lots, I have been on TV a few times and the front page of magazines and newspapers but don't know if I wish to continue ?
