123-reg tag update

I've updated a Tag away from 123-0reg using their control panel, but few days later Nom still showing 123-reg as tag and now the option is no longer available within the CP for that domain! Any ideas?? Tried phoning, but shut over weekends??!!

Try transferring the domain in again.

And then transfer away.
