I just registered this one as the term has a fair amount of local monthly searches,even though it has the 'org' extension.What's your take on it?

91 local searches a month and high competition, Its going to be tough to get your £7 back any time soon. If you have loads of spare time to work on it, it could do ok? Or if its already in your niche its a nice addition.
nokta own the .co.uk - you could make an enquiry and that may help you decide what the .org.uk is worth
