Anyone here got a DomainBox / Mesh Digital registrar's account?

I'm calling their UK support line and it's being routed thru to a GoDaddy support centre, but they have no details on their system whatsover

I've been with domainbox.net for something like 10 years - just locked myself out of my account as my ISP changed my IP address away from the one whitelisted - now I can't get access to 185 domains

Any ideas or direct line contact details would be much appreciated x

Current crisis over - support team responded by email - now just have to think about do I trust them going forward, or time to move to another registrar...
