Anyone catching domains that have suspended early?

I was just curious if there is anyone out there actively catching domains that have suspended early (an example). There are a few names on my suspended list like this and was wondering if there was a good success rate in grabbing them and if there is any providers for drop catching them as i'm guessing regular catchers go by the 92/99 day rule only?

I try to guess them but its hard to hit the right date. I try to apply the 92/99 rule but they don't in my exp always work to that.
