no such luck m8, was just eating too much, sweating and overpaying for things for a week.

I have had a few similar deals, I make offer, someone counters I then decline / consider deal dead - then they come back after accepting original offer

One was a very fair offer and bloke was haggling over £50 so I passed, he then was astounded when I wasnt interested at my original offer and gave me an earful!

Its worth working out if offers are solid or if someone is 'playing the game' when it comes to haggling!

this is easier said than done rob. the amount of tyre kickers around at the moment is rising. ive had at least 3 this week spend days negotiating, sending stats them bam they dont even reply...

Seriously though, there were 2 things one was that when you sent back the negotiation it didnt fit with what i wanted so moved sights onwards.

Second, the site was advertised as pr3 but although it showed in pr search as that the homepage actually redirects to a pr1 wiki page which just added a bt of confusion to me. I actually bid on the site based on what you wrote and only found that out after the day had passed so felt it was fair to leave it.

Sorry didnt respond but as i say only just got back from hols last night.
