Anyone use easily.co.uk? Trouble adding SRV record

I'm doing this for a customer, I've never used the easily control panel before, but it seems to be failing when trying to add the SRV record for Office 365.

Anyone managed to do this?

Honestly, I always suggest to use a third-party DNS service.
You don't have to use the registrar's.

Was a one off for a consultancy customer, it's only ever occasional customers domains that I visit these control panels for, all my own and regular customers domains are fine as they are on my servers and I can do what I need to directly.

It was sorted, but not with any help from their support people though!
