Applying for tag

On the application form to apply for a tag is says:

Please list first the name servers that are under the direct administrative control of the Applicant

What does that mean? Do I need to have a server of my own for this?

Just put you hosting company, sedo or namedrive ie

ns1.fastpark.co.uk
ns2.fastpark.co.uk

Not sure why they ask for this as you can do all that when you have your tag.
