Web site is running as a toplist for Adult Blogs. Rated in the top 3 on nearly all search engines under Adult Blogs and receiving 2500+ uniques a day from searches and links. We might hold onto it but then again we might let it go!

A quick calculation:

Working on a formula based on assumed Av. % ctr x Av. epc on daily traffic (assuming sustainable) if parked, using multiples over 24/36 months etc might help you derive a suitable 'domainer' resell price... BUT you'd have to add a 'generic' value to it too...

Personally though, I keep it till a solid end user offer comes in as you could use it for traffic / advertising / indexing to client sites in the interim maybe? Adding value to your current client offerings possibly....

Got a price for a perm button ad or hard link? LOL

Eitherway it's a winner... You'd have no probs. finding a buyer in the £xxxx range...
Being naturally biased though, it's worth more... Much more...
