Think that figure is way too low.
Buy to let is massive market with big figures involved for mortgages etc.

Would advise you to keep this, knock up a small site,get some decent inbound links, put some finance affiliate stuff on it and Google ads.
You should be able to make £250 and a lot more in a short time.

I must admit, I do agree! way under priced at £250.00.

If someone gets that for £250 - there getting a bargin!

actually I dont think its worth too much more. maybe £500-£1000. Unless it generates traffic.

personally i would have accepted only a little more - buylet. Admittedly it contains keywords and we kind of get the idea what field it is. but I dont think you could market it well and so wouldn;t be a good name for a business. Most people would add the "2" or "to" - i would bet?

Would be interesting to see the traffic sources and search engine phrases to see what market it was relevant to?
