Ask a question box plugin

Hi all, when visiting some wordpress sites in the past, I recall seeing a box, possible a popup where your asked if you have a question. Any idea what plugin would do this?>

I'm hoping to get visitors to my wordpress site to ask questions, any idea the best way to add something like this? thanks Mally

I have used one that asks for feedback but tonight I can't think what it's called.

Very similar to this http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/slick-contact-forms/

Just need to rename the titles and boxes to suit and keeps present but accessible. (WIDGET)
