It was, so it doesn't make that a very accurate domain sales price either. A few of the top sales on DomainPrices.co.uk have included websites, but I'm not complaining as it doesn't do any harm.
For domain only sales there are all the private ones that have taken place including Money.co.uk which I believe sources say was for over £1m. And if it's based on UK website sales (regardless of extension) then how about Google apparently purchasing BeatThatQuote.com for over £37m?
