backing up computer

Just a quick one. anyone know a good source where i can get my computer backed up e program files,favs etc etc i keep losing all my info and this time i WILL back it all up.

I use this:

Not free but reliable and back it all up to an external hard drive. Much cheaper than the £500 data recovery bill I had last time my hard drive died

Why dont you just use a external hard drive.....

Agreed, I back up to an external USB drive and use SyncBackSE from 2BrightSparks to automate the process. However, I just back up my data and none of the computer settings, I think Vista now allows you to take images of your computer.

I'd recommend hardware RAID 1 and NAS or external USB/Firewire drive if the data is important.
