Backordered domain not showing in Snapname's admin?

I have been waiting for a domain to drop and placed backordered with a number of services. Snapnames snagged the domain and have placed it in an auction to begin in two days time.

While I have received the confirmation email notifying me of the successful catch and date/time of auction I can not see any reference to the auction in my Snapnames admin.

Is this normal? Should I be concerned?

Its a nightmare their admin panel. Click the link in the email, that takes you the exact page which shows it. I couldn't find a recent catch without using the direct link.

The link from the Snapname email simply takes me to the admin login. I have contacted Snapname support as I would hate to loose an auction due to Snapname's tech issues.
