Wanted: Service Blogger writers network?

Is there such a thing as a blogger writers network - a kind of directory that you can use to contact blog owners on writing content for their blog (which can feature perhaps links to your own blog and potentially affiliate links)?

If, for example you own a football-related blog and you want to write content (or indeed want content written for your blog) for another related blog to promote your site whilst providing good content for that blog. I suppose you could contact bloggers individually but is there a directory of blogs that are actively seeking such content?

I will elaborate if no one understands the above

What niches are you interested in? I've got about 10 active blogs and would be happy to let you post some articles on mine and vice versa?

I am building a blog network, that is forecasted to grow to around 500 blogs in the next 9 months, already in the last 2 weeks we have built out 10 blogs all from different parts of the world, we support each other and run a weekly conference.... however if you are looking fr ghost writers then I suggest you have a look at social spark, that may be what your after....

we have setup 4 Cees Home as the company.

I only have a few blogs at present - two are football blogs and the other which I have only just setup is based on watching TV online (watchtvonlineDOTorgDOTuk).
